CHINCHERO BOUTIQUE HOTEL AND CHINCHERO BOUTIQUE TRAVEL AGENCY.
RESERVATION POLICIES:
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Conditions valid until December 31, 2021, except for changes and modifications, notified through our website.
Rates expressed in Peruvian Soles (PEN – S /) unless otherwise indicated. Rates in US Dollars (USD – $), subject to the internal exchange rate in force on the day the settlement of our services is sent. - All Chinchero Boutique reservations are prepaid. We request a 30% deposit to confirm reservations and the remaining balance will be paid when you arrive at the hotel or before when you start your tour
IGV is NOT applied on these rates because the establishment is exempt. - Our accommodation rates and programs are the same for nationals and foreign residents or NON-residents.
- Our reservation and cancellation policies distinguish between dates of Season (H S) and Low Season (L S) (*) – HS all holidays of the year and Festivities.
- Check In, Check Out and Day Use (*)
- Check In: 11:00 Check Out: 10:00(*) Unless, at the time of booking, another time is indicated in writing.
- The price of the Day Use rate (Early Check In or Late Cheack out) is 50% of the room price, all coordinated with companies.
- In the event that the guest does not vacate their room at the established Check Out time, the Late Check Out or Day use rate will be automatically charged.
- In the event that you vacate after 6:00 p.m., the full rate will be charged. However, the property reserves the right to remove the guest’s personal belongings from the room once the Check Out time has expired. Subject to availability.
- Children from 5 years old pay as an adult.
- Children under 5 years old do not pay, they do not have the right to a seat or food.
- Children from 0 to 4 years and 11 months sharing a room with their parents are free of payment (Prove the age of the children with identity document).
2. RESERVATION REQUEST.

Reservation requests must include the following information:
Full name of the guest and nationality.
DNI, immigration card or passport.
Type of room you request
Arrival and departure dates.
Origin, flight number and time of arrival and departure of the passenger, or name of the bus company including place of origin and times, when applicable.
RUC number and address in case of requesting Invoice.
3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS.
TOTAL PAYMENT before CHECK IN.
WAY TO PAY:
Deposit: BCP account payable to: Chinchero boutique.
4. CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION AND RETURNS POLICY.
In the event of canceling a reservation (Hotel Only), the following return policy applies, taking as the reference period the start date of the program or accommodation reserved.
80% refund,40% refund, No refund
Low Season More than 10 days,From 7 to 15 days, No show / From 1 to 6 days
Individual More than 20 days, From 16 to 30 days, No show / 15 days
Groups (*) More than 20 days,From 21 to 40 days, No show / 30 days.
For Hotel + Tours or Hotel + Tours packages, modification is only accepted 15 days in advance, only once per reservation. Returns are not allowed.
The term to proceed with the return is 15 days, counting from the date of request for modification.
A canceled or modified reservation will only be considered as long as it receives written consent from our reservation center, otherwise it is not valid.
Any request for modification on the reservation date must be made during the current year.
5. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS.
The company is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by weather conditions, strikes or social conflicts, rescheduling or cancellation made by the airline or transport company and / or personal reasons of the passengers, applying in all these cases the provisions of our cancellation policy.
For pax with specific food requirements, the agency must inform at least 15 days in advance about them. Our company reserves the right to inform if it is in a position to meet these requirements and if they entail an additional cost.
Our company takes all precautions to guarantee the safety of our clients, but is not responsible for damages or injuries that may be caused by activities carried out during the tours.
Users of our services must assume all risks inherent in adventure activities and cultural tours and rural areas.
Customers must make a commitment to conduct themselves with due diligence. For all the above, our company and employees disclaim any responsibility for damages, injuries and / or damages that may be caused during the activities carried out on their tours.
The breakfast service is free for the guest, it is from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m., after that time and the guest wants to take the service, it will be charged to their account.
The cleaning of the rooms is done between 07:00 am until 12:00 pm, so we guarantee a clean and comfortable room; but if the guest does not want the cleaning service, notify reception.

6. INTERNAL HOTEL POLICIES.
It is an essential requirement to occupy the room to have previously registered in the guest registry book by presenting your documents.
Please leave the room door tightly closed and give the key to reception each time you leave the hotel.
Chinchero Boutique Hotel, is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or other valuables that the guest leaves in the room.
For your safety, the hotel has a security custody service at reception.
Before leaving the hotel, you will wait a moment for your room to be searched.
We recommend to avoid waiting and delays, cancel the accounts well in advance.
It is not allowed to wash or iron in the rooms.
Animals are not allowed inside the hotel facilities.
Please take precautions not to leave the tap open; and disconnect electrical appliances.
The entry of minors is prohibited without any document that proves their income according to law.
